Todas las lesiones generalmente se pueden curar y reparar en cualquier construcci\u00f3n, el envejecimiento de las construcciones se da por 3 razones principalmente, tiempo, abandono y fallas filtraciones de agua generan desprendimientos de revoques.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Voy a enumerar algunos ejemplos de procesos constructivos mal ejecutados, mitos populares o malas resoluciones de lesiones y algunos consejos para resolver problemas comunes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Los procesos constructivos inadecuados como:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Un hormig\u00f3n vencido porque paso demasiadas horas dando vuelta en el mixer.<\/li>\n<li>Estructuras que no respetan el c\u00e1lculo, uniones de varillas a la tracci\u00f3n, estribos que no respetan distancias, varillas de mala calidad.<\/li>\n<li>Aislaciones horizontales ineficientes que ocasionan humedad por capilaridad en muros.<\/li>\n<li>Humedad por filtraciones en fisuras y grietas.<\/li>\n<li>Humedad por cambios de vapores y temperaturas en interiores sin ventilaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Un terreno sin absorci\u00f3n no identificado.<\/li>\n<li>Corrent\u00edas subterr\u00e1neas no previstas que afectar\u00e1n cimientos, movimientos.<\/li>\n<li>Uniones de materiales diferentes sin utilizar mallas de fibra de vidrio o puentes ocasionar\u00e1n fisuras.<\/li>\n<li>Revoques que llegan al contrapiso y absorben la humedad.<\/li>\n<li>Revoques con productos premezclados, no funcionan.<\/li>\n<li>Carpetas que no se dejaron secar, y se colocaron pisos o aislaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>No verificar terrenos, medidas, niveles<\/li>\n<li>No verificar instalaciones luego de ser ejecutadas.<\/li>\n<li>No proteger rubros ejecutados.<\/li>\n<li>No verificar humedad y secado de morteros.<\/li>\n<li>Acopiar ladrillo hueco y ladrillo com\u00fan juntos, o apilar cemento y cal en el mismo lugar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a  href=\"https:\/\/www.biocons.com.py\/V1\/uploads\/2021\/11\/2014-08-02-15.22.01.jpg\" de mantenimiento varias patolog\u00edas de diferentes or\u00edgenes, techo infiltraciones, suelo capilaridad, muros fisuras y filtraciones,<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Mitos patol\u00f3gicos en la construcci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>La humedad por la ley de Jurin<strong> puede subir hasta 150m<\/strong> depende el tama\u00f1o de los capilares, no a 1 o 2 m como se ense\u00f1a.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Las inyecciones contra humedad<\/strong>debilitan y no siempre funcionan.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Las fisuras y grietas<\/strong> no se diferencian por el tama\u00f1o sino por la profundidad.<\/li>\n<li><strong>La forma y el color importa<\/strong> en las lesiones por agua.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Las direcciones de las fisuras<\/strong> con tan importantes como la forma.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cambiar revoques no sirve<\/strong> si no se soluciona el origen de la patolog\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li>Las infiltraciones exteriores no son <strong>mayoritariamente por techos,<\/strong> depende de la proporci\u00f3n entre techo y muros.<\/li>\n<li>La <strong>costura con varilla en muros <\/strong>no soluciona la grieta o fisura, la traslada.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Los hongos termitas y otras<\/strong> plagas son la consecuencia final por no tratar a tiempo la patolog\u00eda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Las formas de las lesiones evolucionan, as\u00ed como los colores, las patolog\u00edas cambian de estado y saber identificar el tiempo y la met\u00e1stasis que hace o que va hacer a futuro si no se soluciona, esta estudiado cient\u00edficamente en la mayor\u00eda de los casos.<\/p>\n<p>La evoluci\u00f3n de las patolog\u00edas es sumamente importante identificar, todo tiene un origen, una evoluci\u00f3n y una consecuencia.\u00a0<strong>El CORRECTO DIAGN\u00d3STICO es el 80% de la SOLUCI\u00d3N<\/strong>, y se puede diagnosticar con ojo cr\u00edtico en un recorrido de obra, o por fotos tambi\u00e9n.
